Avance de démarrage (CI)
Définition
Avance accordée au titulaire d'un marché public en Côte d'Ivoire pour faciliter le lancement des travaux ou prestations. Une avance forfaitaire de démarrage jusqu'à 15 % du montant initial et une avance facultative jusqu'à 15 %, soit 30 % au plus au total (marché et avenants), selon le Code des Marchés Publics. Elle exige une garantie de restitution couvrant la totalité de son montant.

Advance payment granted to a public contract holder in Côte d'Ivoire to facilitate the start of works or services. A lump-sum start-up advance of up to 15% of the initial amount and an optional advance of up to 15%, 30% at most in total (contract and amendments), under the Public Procurement Code. It requires a repayment guarantee covering its full amount.
