Définition
Garantie financière due dès la notification de l'approbation du marché en Côte d'Ivoire, entre 3 % et 5 % du montant initial du marché, avenants compris, fixée par l'acheteur dans le dossier d'appel d'offres. Elle doit être constituée avant l'ordre de service de démarrage et garantit la bonne exécution du contrat.

Performance bond due from notification of the contract's approval in Côte d'Ivoire, between 3% and 5% of the initial contract amount, amendments included, set by the buyer in the tender file. It must be provided before the start-up service order and guarantees proper contract execution.
