Contrat de longue durée par lequel l'État ivoirien confie à un opérateur privé la construction et l'exploitation d'une infrastructure publique. L'opérateur se rémunère par l'exploitation. Encadrée par la réglementation sur les PPP.

Long-term contract whereby the Ivorian State entrusts a private operator with the construction and operation of public infrastructure. The operator is remunerated through operation. Governed by PPP regulations.
