Regulatory body: ARCOP (regulator, formerly ANRMP) & DGMP (control, notice publication)

Public procurement in Ivory Coast is governed by the Public Procurement Code (Ordinance No. 2019-679). DGMP (the Directorate General of Public Procurement) is the control body: it publishes the BOMP and runs the SIGOMAP platform, while ARCOP (the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, formerly ANRMP) handles regulation: appeals, sanctions, non-payment clearance (quitus de non-redevance).

How SangoBids collects tenders

Tender notices must be published in the BOMP, the mandatory legal outlet published by DGMP, and can be consulted on the marchespublics.ci portal. SangoBids aggregates that portal plus four additional sources covering co-financed and donor-funded contracts: the World Bank (Procurement Notices API), the African Development Bank (AfDB), BCEAO and the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM).
